Simulation and Clinical Education Manager

Edwards Lifesciences seeks a Simulation and Clinical Education Manager to lead hands-on training programs and simulation initiatives for structural heart procedures. The role combines clinical expertise with education delivery, vendor partnerships, and operational oversight of simulation equipment and wet-lab programs.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate hands-on simulator-based training programs for field teams and healthcare professionals
- Partner with external vendors to develop and evaluate next-generation simulation solutions
- Coordinate simulator logistics including shipping, maintenance, testing, and inventory management
- Support wet-lab programs by creating anatomical models and ensuring material availability
- Provide clinical feedback to improve simulation accuracy and user experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with clinical experience as Cath Lab Nurse or Cardiovascular Technologist
- Eight years of related work experience in clinical healthcare setting
- Ability to travel up to 30% nationwide and work on-site in Irvine, California
- Project management and organizational capabilities
- Cath Lab experience in structural interventions, particularly TAVR
- Knowledge of compliance requirements and healthcare education practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and digital learning technologies
Compensation: $157,000–$223,000 base
