- Respond to participant concerns, conflicts, complaints, and service barriers and work with other Campus teams to connect participants to additional services and resources when appropriate.

- Develop temporary operating solutions when equipment or facility issues affect service availability.
Quality, Compliance & Collaboration
- Maintain required operational records and service documentation and monitor utilization, participant needs, incidents, and service disruptions.
- Participate in audits, inspections, incident reviews, corrective-action activities, and quality-improvement efforts.
- Use participant feedback, service information, staff observations, and incident trends to strengthen operations and service quality.
- Work closely with Safety, Client Support, Case Management, Facilities, healthcare, behavioral health, and other Campus teams to resolve issues and support coordinated services.
