Hematology/Oncology Physician

• Schedule: Flexible four-day work week model with approximately 6 days per month providing outreach services to rural clinics in Lamar and Trinidad (2-3 hours from Colorado Springs)
• Job Setting: Outpatient and affiliated clinic settings
• Types of Cases: Comprehensive hematology and oncology care including outreach services to rural communities

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Eligible (within 5 years) or Board Certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology
• Certifications: BLS, DEA
• Licensure: Colorado Medical License (must obtain prior to start)
