Corporate Account Support Specialist Are you a detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting customers, and working cross-functionally? We're seeking a Corporate Account Support Specialist to serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams. In this role, you'll support customer accounts, manage pricing and contract data, resolve billing and invoice discrepancies, and help drive a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for customer account support Resolve pricing, billing, order, and service-related issues Maintain customer, pricing, and contract information within SAP Partner with Finance, Legal, Sales, and Operations teams Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies Support reporting, project tracking, and process improvement initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 2+ years of customer support, account management, project coordination, or administrative experience Strong Microsoft Excel and Office Suite skills Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Why Apply?
