Senior Client Advisor

Summary The Senior Client Advisor is a top-performing brand ambassador who delivers elevated, personalized client experiences and drives strong sales results on the retail floor. This role develops and manages a high-value client portfolio, supports team performance through knowledge sharing, and upholds presentation and operational standards. The Senior Client Advisor regularly meets sales KPIs and contributes to store-wide objectives while providing expert product and styling advice. Responsibilities Act as a role model on the sales floor, demonstrating exceptional client engagement and selling techniques. Build, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio focusing on retention and repeat business. Conduct proactive client outreach including appointments, follow-ups, phone sales, and after-sales service. Provide styling advice and product expertise to guide client purchases. Support onboarding and development of colleagues by sharing product knowledge and best practices. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs. Support store operations including inventory preparation, visual standards, and transaction follow-up. Requirements Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury or client-focused environment. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing client relationships. Strong clienteling skills and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Proficient with Microsoft Office and retail point-of-sale and CRM systems.
