Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin & Data Entry Specialist to provide temporary administrative and data entry support, for an Immediate opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who is highly accurate, dependable, comfortable working with spreadsheets and databases, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will help maintain accurate records, enter and update information, organize documents, and provide general administrative support to the team. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company systems, databases, and spreadsheets. Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Perform data verification and identify and correct errors or discrepancies. Organize, file, scan, and maintain electronic and paper documents. Assist with processing forms, invoices, reports, records, and other administrative documents. Maintain organized spreadsheets and tracking logs. Prepare basic reports and summaries as requested. Perform routine administrative tasks, including filing, copying, emailing, and document preparation. Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and other general office support as needed. Retrieve and organize information from various sources. Handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately. Communicate with internal teams to obtain missing or clarify information. Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned. Preferred Skills Experience with high-volume data entry. Intermediate Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, formatting, and basic formulas. Experience working with CRM, ERP, HRIS, or other database systems.
