Data Entry Specialist

We are looking for a qualified individual to join our Operations team as a Data Entry Specialist. Success in this role will be based on your ability to multitask, communicate clearly and effectively, and adjust to changes in your assigned workload daily. A strong attention to key details will be required. Responsibilities Data Entry Update case records daily with different data points Track service with third party process servers Read court dockets to ensure data accuracy File Dismissals or Writs Support Case Coordinators if assigned Handle other tasks as assigned Requirements and skills Demonstrable ability to communicate clearly and concisely via Slack, email, or phone Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail Familiarity with legal court dockets Ability to be successful working on a team or completing tasks individually Solid experience with Microsoft Office tools (specifically Excel & Outlook) Excellent listening abilities Problem solving & Critical thinking Strong verbal and written communication skills General computer skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Dispo Depot
