Overview Bilingual Spanish‑speaking field sales position based out of a personal home office in Houston, TX. Candidates must live locally or be willing to relocate. Role Overview As a Strategic Cuisines District Sales Manager, you are pivotal to the growth of the Toast brand in your district. You will report to a Regional Vice President, hire and coach a team of Strategic Cuisines Territory Account Executives, and collaborate closely with your sales team to understand restaurants’ unique needs and develop customized solutions. You will also work with the Director and GVP to help scale the opportunity for Toast in these markets and accelerate go‑to‑market motion. Responsibilities Directly manage 6‑8 Account Executives and ensure their productivity and pipeline health. Coach reps to conduct efficient discovery meetings, live demos, and craft solutions that meet prospect needs in Spanish. Support the Director by gathering front‑line feedback and directing investment in strategic cuisine markets. Identify opportunities to streamline the funnel for each market with an entrepreneurial mindset. Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery. Requirements Fluently speak Spanish and coach reps and communicate with prospects in Spanish. 5+ years of sales experience in a sourcing and/or closing role. 3+ years of leadership experience. Proven track record of success. Passionate, inspirational leadership ability. Entrepreneurial, self‑motivated, creative, and flexible under pressure. Nice to Haves Experience building customer‑facing, quota‑achieving full cycle sales teams. Experience in a tech environment. Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. Proven track record of creating a winning culture. Compensation and Benefits Total Targeted Cash: $165,000—$264,000 USD. Total Targeted Cash includes base salary, commission, and bonus and qualifies for uncapped commissions. Additional benefits may include equity and other local labor market aligned programs.
