We are seeking a Coordinator, Real Estate Operations to support the administrative and operational functions of our Real Estate team. In this role, you'll help coordinate processes related to property acquisitions, divestitures, leases, and facilities while partnering with stakeholders across the organization. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, curious, collaborative, and enjoys improving processes and keeping projects moving forward.

Location: Lithia Home Office - Medford, OR

Compensation Range: $24.05–36.05/hr, with a typical starting range of $25.00 – $28.00/hr. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

What You'll Do

• Maintain acquisition and divestiture tracking workbooks to support successful real estate transactions.
• Assist with due diligence research, document collection, and property information management.
• Update and manage asset management project tracking tools and databases.
• Coordinate communication with internal teams, vendors, and external business partners.
• Support the Real Estate Inquiry Process by monitoring requests and follow-up actions.
• Research and respond to requests for information with accuracy and urgency.
• Ensure proper execution and filing of department documents and banking requests.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items and next steps.
• Process vendor invoices and support timely payment activities.
• Maintain departmental records, reporting, and administrative documentation.
• Partner with multiple departments on cross-functional projects and process improvements.
• Assist with additional projects and initiatives as assigned.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience supporting administrative, operations, project coordination, real estate, facilities, finance, or related business functions.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and project tracking tools.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and improve processes.
