Bay Property Management Group is seeking a motivated, licensed Virginia Real Estate Agent to join our growing Leasing Team. If you're tired of cold calling, prospecting, and paying for your own leads, this is an opportunity to focus on what you do best—leasing homes and earning commissions.

We provide a steady pipeline of qualified renter leads, professionally managed properties, and a dedicated support team so you can spend your time showing homes, building relationships, and closing leases.

You'll typically manage 8–10 active rental listings at a time throughout Northern Virginia and Washington, DC.

What You'll Do

• Respond to renter inquiries by phone, email, and text
• Schedule and conduct property showings
• Guide prospective tenants through the leasing process
• Educate renters on available properties and local neighborhoods
• Coordinate lease documentation with tenants, owners, and property managers
• Perform move-in inspections and upload required documentation
• Maintain accurate CRM records and timely follow-up
• Market available homes across multiple listing platforms

Territory

This is a field-based role covering:

• Fairfax
• Springfield
• Burke
• Lorton
• Alexandria
• Arlington
• Falls Church
• McLean
• Vienna
• Oakton
• Annandale
• Washington, DC

Required Qualifications

• Active Virginia Real Estate License
• Active NVAR, SentriLock, and MLS memberships (agent is responsible for membership fees)
• Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license
• Smartphone
• Ability to travel throughout Northern Virginia and Washington, DC
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends based on client demand

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous leasing or residential real estate experience
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and follow-up
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Spanish bilingual is a plus

Compensation

• Commission-only position
