Job Title: IT Technician
Pay Rate: $40.14/hour on a W-2 basis
Work Mode: 100% Onsite (Monday–Friday)
Location: 893 S. Delaware Street, Indianapolis, IN 46225

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED.
• CompTIA A+ and Apple Certified Support Professional certifications preferred.
• Microsoft 365 Fundamentals Certification.
• Previous Help Desk experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary IT support contact for end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating systems, and enterprise applications.
• Provide exceptional technical support and customer service.
• Support new hire onboarding and IT equipment setup.
• Assist users with accessories and adoption of new IT technologies.
• Proactively identify and resolve hardware issues.
• Ensure endpoint devices meet security standards, including patches, driver updates, and supported application versions.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure teams to troubleshoot technical issues.

Required Technical Skills:

• Experience with computer hardware, software, networking, internet security, and data privacy principles.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for endpoint devices and peripherals.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including:
• • Word
  • Excel
  • Outlook
  • PowerPoint
  • Azure
  • SharePoint
  • Microsoft Teams
• Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills.
• Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, and iOS operating systems.
• IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
• Experience supporting Windows and Mac environments is preferred.
