Highlights of the Activities Director (Life Enrichment Director) Position :
- Activity Director Certification (if required by the state)
- Planning, scheduling and coordinating meaningful activities appropriate to the needs and interest of Residents that are conductive to their physical, mental and social well-being
- Making their community a fun and engaging place to call home
- Plans, coordinates, and conducts the day-to-day programming within the community

The salary range for this position is $70,304 to $73,500. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Pegasus Senior Living (PSL) offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage, disability insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off (PTO), Flexible hours for better work-life balance, Employee assistance program.(all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements)., Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
