Nurse Practitioner: Internal Medicine & Geriatrics Instructor

Stony Brook Medicine is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to provide adult care in our primary care/general medicine and geriatric office under supervision. You will conduct urgent and follow-up visits, perform geriatric assessments, conduct Medicare Wellness visits, review tests, and coordinate care with referrals and home services.
