Solutions Consultant

Design and deliver visionary demonstrations of LoanPro's lending software Lead discovery sessions to uncover prospects' business challenges and pain points Build data-driven value cases quantifying revenue growth, cost-to-serve reduction, efficiency gains, and ROI Create high-fidelity technical diagrams, solution maps, and workflows showing integration with prospects' IT ecosystems Build trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders and technical evaluators Translate API-first architecture into business value and tangible ROI Bridge GTM, Implementation, Product, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Revenue Operations teams Provide strategy guidance to Sales leadership and assist account executives with deal strategies Pass requirements to Solution Architects for Statements of Work Advise revenue operations teams during deal pricing Assist with opportunity forecasting Develop sales presentation materials with Product Marketing Engage Product to align the roadmap with evolving customer requirements Occasionally support Sales Enablement and Revenue Operations in improving sales processes Requirements Experience demonstrating complex enterprise software in a sales cycle to a mixed audience including C-level executives Familiarity with the financial services industry, including lending lifecycle processes: origination, underwriting, servicing, collections, payments, and loan operations Developed product expertise in an enterprise software package Experience with banking industry software applications 4+ years of prior experience in a solutions consulting role within the enterprise application space A Bachelor's degree in finance, engineering, or another technical discipline Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Excellent working knowledge of presentation, documentation, and spreadsheet analysis tools, as well as technology to demonstrate software Prior experience at a lending technology, loan origination/servicing software, or core banking vendor (preferred) Familiarity with key fintech platforms and competitive positioning (preferred) Knowledge of MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales qualification frameworks (preferred) Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth software company (preferred) Core Competencies Demonstrated expertise in solutions consulting within the enterprise application space, with a strong focus on the financial services industry and lending lifecycle processes.
