We’re hiring reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to maintain an apartment building in Cleveland, OH . This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up consistently, and wants stable hours.

✨ Position Details

• Location: Cleveland, OH (W 73rd & Detroit Ave)

• Shift(s): 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM | 5 Days / Week | Thursdays & Sundays OFF

• Hours: Consistent weekly schedule

• Pay: $14/hr WEEKLY

• Type: W-2

???? Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, stairwells, and lobby spaces

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors

• Empty and reline trash and recycling bins

• Clean restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, replenishing supplies)

• Wipe surfaces, door handles, and high-touch areas

• Clean and remove trash from exterior of building

• Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly

• Follow checklists and take photos

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and handle physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be punctual and dependable
• Smartphone required for checklists, photos & clock-ins
