Spectra360 Inc., is opening a new branch in Long Beach, California and we are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) with high-volume recruiting within the industrial staffing space (manufacturing, logistics, and transportation). Experience running a full desk and/or handling direct hire placements is a plus! This role is ideal for a driven professional who thrives in a sales-oriented environment, enjoys building strong candidate and client relationships, and is passionate about delivering top talent while driving revenue growth. As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will drive all recruiting and delivery outcomes while also partnering with our Business Development teams to develop client relationships, generate profitable and sustainable revenue, and build a successful new branch for our growing company. What You’ll Do Drive Revenue Growth & Business Development Actively participate in and manage all recruiting and placement responsibilities – this is a player-coach role Lead in developing and managing client relationships to drive full account penetration, including temp, temp to hire and direct hire opportunities Engage in personal sales production and the support and development of branch sales representatives Lead & Build High-Performing Teams Mentor, train, and develop recruiters to ensure top-tier performance and consistent attainment of all assigned KPI’s Foster a high-energy, results-driven culture focused on providing excellent service delivery for our contingent workforce, clients and internal colleagues Continuously improve processes to maximize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Ensure Compliance & Client Satisfaction Oversee all hiring industry compliance to align with state and federal labor laws, internal company processes and procedures, and client-specific hiring requirements Deliver a seamless onboarding experience for both candidates and clients to ensure we provide a world-class experience that drives long-term relationships Regularly meet with clients to include site and safety visits, quarterly and annual business reviews and strategic planning for future business growth What We’re Looking For Leadership & Staffing Expertise 3+ years of leadership experience in the staffing industry, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or transportation 5+ years of high-volume recruiting, ideally with direct hire experience Proven ability to manage and inspire a high-performing branch team Strategic thinker with a passion for scaling operations and driving profitability. What We Offer Competitive salary: $80,000–$90,000/year, monthly commission structure and quarterly bonuses based on performance. Uncapped earning potential with clear revenue targets.
