Skilled Nursing – Vent Unit
Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM Rotation: 3/12 hour nightshift and every other weekend
Contract Length: 52 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 0
Must possess relevant nursing license Experience in skilled nursing and/or ventilator care preferred
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing facility. Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team. Assist in treatment plans and administer medications as prescribed. Educate patients and families on care processes and health management. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to enhance patient care.
Background checks and drug screenings may be required.
