Job Description
Title: Skilled Nursing - Vent Unit

Schedule:
- Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM
- Rotation: 3/12 hour nightshift and every other weekend

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 52 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 0

Requirements:
- Must possess relevant nursing license
- Experience in skilled nursing and/or ventilator care preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing facility.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist in treatment plans and administer medications as prescribed.
- Educate patients and families on care processes and health management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to enhance patient care.

Compliance / Notes:
- Background checks and drug screenings may be required.
