Project ManagerClient in Chicago, IL that is seeking a Project Manager to support a portfolio of initiatives focused on incident management, change management, and observability within an enterprise Infrastructure & Operations environment. This role will play a key part in driving coordination across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment, visibility, and successful delivery as projects ramp up and transition into next phases. Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate multiple initiatives across incident management and observability programsProvide big-picture oversight across projects, identifying dependencies and ensuring alignment between parallel effortsSupport ongoing and upcoming project phasesPartner with internal stakeholders to connect workstreams and highlight interdependencies across teamsDrive improvements tied to MTTR (Mean Time to Resolution), change success rates, and overall system reliabilityFacilitate communication, status reporting, and executive-level updatesHelp stand up new workstreams and close out completed effortsRequirements:Strong background in Project/Program Management within Infrastructure, Operations, or SRE environmentsExperience supporting incident management and/or change management processesFamiliarity with observability concepts and tooling (e.g., Dynatrace, BigPanda)Proven ability to operate at a strategic level, connecting initiatives rather than owning deep technical executionExperience managing multiple concurrent workstreams in fast-paced enterprise environmentsNice to Have:Exposure to enterprise monitoring and event management platformsExperience driving initiatives focused on uptime, reliability, and zero-downtime environmentsWorking Place: Chicago, Illinois, United StatesCompany: ESR Healthcare
