Synergy Labor Solutions is seeking an experienced Bilingual Spanish/English On-Site Construction Admin / Timekeeping Coordinator for a large industrial construction project in De Soto, KS .

Fluency in both Spanish and English is REQUIRED for this position.

This is a busy, fast-paced construction site with a lot of moving parts. We need a go-getter who takes ownership , sees what needs to be done, and can bring organization to a constantly changing environment while working closely with supervisors and field employees.

Pay: $27–$29/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 40 hours/week
Start Time: 6:45 AM
Duration: Approximately 12–15 months
Location: De Soto, KS

LOCAL POSITION – NO PER DIEM

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and submit employee timecards and hours
• Research and resolve timekeeping discrepancies
• Assist employees with clock-in/clock-out questions and basic timekeeping issues
• Communicate with Spanish- and English-speaking employees regarding day-to-day site needs
• Provide administrative support to site supervisors
• Maintain accurate employee records, files, and site documentation
• Print, organize, and distribute required paperwork
• Assist with calendars, meeting invites, and scheduling
• Identify needs, follow through, and help create organized processes as the project evolves

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish/English – REQUIRED
• Must be able to communicate fluently in both Spanish and English with employees and supervisors
• Self-starter who takes ownership without needing constant direction
• Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume construction environment
• Able to manage multiple priorities, frequent interruptions, and changing needs
• Previous construction admin, timekeeping, payroll support, project admin, or similar experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Confident working directly with field employees and supervisors
• Highly organized, accurate, dependable, and able to follow through
• Team-oriented with a “jump in and help” mentality
• OSHA 10 preferred; must be obtained within two weeks of starting

Experience supporting a construction, industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or other large hourly workforce is strongly preferred.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and creating order in a fast-moving environment—not someone who needs every task handed to them.
