Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager to lead and manage complex projects within the water and wastewater sector. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project development, from initial planning and design through to implementation and completion. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that projects adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and budget constraints. Your expertise will be crucial in fostering client relationships, identifying key project objectives, and delivering innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency.


The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in water and wastewater engineering, along with extensive experience in project management. You will be responsible for developing project scopes, timelines, and budgets, while also coordinating with stakeholders and regulatory agencies. Effective communication skills are essential, as you will be leading project meetings, providing updates to clients, and presenting technical information to non-technical stakeholders. A proven track record in managing teams and mentoring junior staff is highly desirable, as is proficiency in project management software and engineering design tools.


To qualify for this position, candidates should have a degree in civil or environmental engineering, along with a Professional Engineer (PE) license. A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the water/wastewater sector is required, with demonstrated success in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
