Accounts Receivable SpecialistWe are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist who will work on our Accounting Team to ensure the successful management, reconciliation, and collection of Account Receivables delinquent accounts.What You'll DoCommunicate with clients to establish and maintain relationshipsContact clients with overdue accounts to facilitate paymentEnsure clients adhere to payment terms and conditions outlined in contractsDistribute invoices to clients via email as neededAssist clients in obtaining necessary documentation for payment processing, including completing ACH forms, submitting W-9 forms, and processing invoices onlineResolve disputes and discrepancies on customer accounts promptlyRecord payments accurately in the company's ERP systemMaintain comprehensive records of all account activities and collection effortsCollaborate with Account Managers to address customer account issuesHandle billing tasks and issue credit memos as necessaryProcess virtual credit card payments and refunds efficientlyWhat You'll NeedAssociate's / Bachelor's degree preferred2+ years of experience in an accounting roleDetail orientedStrong computer skills, especially Microsoft ExcelStrong communication skillsAbility to multi-taskFlexibility and ability to prioritizeAbility to work independentlyWho You Are We take our guiding values seriously.
