Senior Manager, Digital Marketing

We collaborate with each employee to develop their preferred work environment.The Digital marketing manager will be working across multiple digital functions such as marketing automation, paid media, web, and campaign orchestration to drive demand for OneSpan’s products.This individual should have experience using enterprise-level marketing automation, CRM, and CMS tools, as well as developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, either by planning and executing themselves, or by planning and executing through agency partners.The position is open for candidates that are based and residing in the United States of America.As a Digital Marketing Manager at OneSpan, you will:Design and drive the creation of web landing pages, virtual experiences, demos, and optimizing web experiences across the full customer journey from learn, try, buy, upsell/cross-sell, and retentionBe a part of the cross-functional team to support optimizing PMF and ICP, by launching experiments through paid and owned channels and continuously testing the potential markets and growth hypothesis.Develop conversion-driven paid media campaigns and execute the day-to-day management across Facebook, Google, and other platforms.Select appropriate channels for paid media campaigns across social, PPC, display, and more.Work within the marketing team to track, analyze and develop meaningful reporting (LTV, CPA, & ROI) and proactively recommend next steps based on past performance.Provide support and expertise across website analytics and tracking (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.).Collaborate with our design and content teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns that attract prospects and drive engagement.Create comprehensive and integrated digital marketing strategies on multiple media channels that engage our audience and lead to successful conversion goals.Conduct paid media audits of our digital marketing efforts to determine past performance and set benchmarks for future investments.Responsible for thought-leadership in all things relating to Paid or Performance Marketing, including channel expansion, keywords and audiences, creatives and copy, bidding strategies, landing pages and conversion funnels, tracking, reporting, and automation, agencies, and toolsREQUIREMENTSBS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.8+ years of digital advertising experience.Experience creating effective conversion-driven strategies and campaigns that map marketing activities to steps in the user journey/funnel.Proven experience building, deploying, and managing large-scale and advanced digital advertising campaigns across Facebook, Google, Microsoft Ads and programmatic.Experience working across a variety of advertising platforms and technologies.Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.Strong analytical, entrepreneurial, and data-driven thinking.Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.Experience and strong understanding of SEO best practices is preferred.#LI-REMOTEWe offer you the opportunity to be part of a world of trusted digital interactions and agreements.You hold significant responsibility and accountability; your work makes an impact.
