This role produces trust. It delivers individualized support, clear education, grounded guidance and seamless order assistance rooted in BIORAYs products, philosophy, and standards. As BIORAY grows, the quality of these conversations directly shapes customer outcomes, loyalty, and brand integrity.

What the Role Entails

This seat owns day-to-day customer and practitioner interactions related to health guidance and BIORAY product use. The work centers on education, personalized plan support, accurate documentation, and responsible escalation. The role requires clear communication, consistency, and adherence to BIORAY standards while operating with humility and care.

Role Requirements

• Ability to work in an in-office environment

• Foundational knowledge of BIORAY products and internal training materials (or ability to complete required training)
