Accounts Receivable Clerk

Accounts Receivable ClerkCasey Auto Group is seeking an organized and reliable Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Accounting Department. This is a full-time, stable role perfect for an accounts receivable professional who values a consistent schedule within an office environment.Essential Duties:Manage accurate daily posting of parts tickets, service repair orders, rental agreements, and manufacturer invoices.Assist with weekly intercompany receivables and sublet schedule reconciliations. Perform monthly "clean-ups" of schedules to clear paid invoices.Monitor aging reports and coordinate with supervisors on past-due balances.
