Senior HR Lead - Philippines Payroll & Compliance (Remote)
Dynamite Games
Dynamite Games is seeking a Senior HR Officer to lead the Philippines HR function, handling in-house payroll, statutory compliance, onboarding and daily HR ops for PH staff, with escalation to HQ as needed. This role also manages office admin and HRIS data ownership for Philippines.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years’ hands-on HR experience, with strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and payroll processing.
