Portfolio retention and customer life-cycle management * Performance metrics & accountability * Coaching and talent development * Customer experience standards This leader will be highly visible within daily operations and responsible for driving consistent results across departments. Ideal Candidate We are looking for a leader who is: * Experienced in high-volume automotive sales leadership * Strong in inventory management, gross strategy, and turn * Process-driven and detail-oriented * A culture builder who leads by example * Comfortable operating in a performance-driven environment * Data-focused while remaining people-first * Passionate about coaching and developing teams * Emotionally intelligent with strong leadership presence Luxury brand experience is preferred but not required for the right operator.
