Caregiver for Adult Day Program

Pay $17.00 per hour! Full-time positions available.

Available Schedule:

1. Akron(Portage Lakes area) / Full-time 40 hours; Mon/Tue/Wed/Thur/Fri 7:30a-3:30p ( Support individuals in a vocational program through hands-on work such as lawn care, landscaping, moving, cleanouts, window washing, and office cleaning. Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to drive or learn to drive with a trailer. Regular community outings are required. )
   

This position requires a valid driver’s license held for at least one year (post-permit) and a clean motor vehicle record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SEVITA

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Skills:  Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
