This is a full-time on-site position located in Woodland, WA. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, 7 paid holidays (after 90 days of service), and generous PTO accruals from day one! Requirements Job duties included, but not limited to:
- Set up and operate laminating machines according to production specifications.
- Monitor the lamination process to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Perform light maintenance and troubleshooting on laminating equipment.
- Adjust machine settings to optimize production efficiency and quality.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain accurate production records and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Prior machine operator experience preferred
