We work tirelessly for our clients and take pride in the pursuit of justice on their behalf. We are seeking a Paralegal to join our Detroit office. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and be confident managing a busy caseload in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy, and who brings a high level of professionalism and empathy to client interactions. What your average day will look like: Communicate with potential and current clients to collect and update case information Collaborate closely with attorneys and fellow paralegals on litigation strategy and case progress Manage and organize large volumes of case-related documents Draft, proofread, and finalize legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, and correspondence Handle docketing, calendaring, and deadline tracking Assist with trial preparation and discovery responses Maintain accurate records in legal case management software What skills are we looking for? 2+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in complex litigation, mass torts, or class actions Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe Acrobat/Power PDF Comfortable using legal case management systems (Salesforce experience a plus) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work Compassionate and confident communicator with clients We offer competitive salaries and a strong benefits package: 401(k) Plan: Employer-sponsored 401(k) with a 4% employer match; Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance: 100% employer-paid for employees; with a qualifying HSA health plan, employer contributions of up to $1,200 per year; Telehealth Benefits: Employer-paid telehealth services, including mental health therapy; Other Insurance Benefits: Employer-paid group life insurance, short-term disability insurance, and long-term disability insurance; Additional Available Insurance Options: Employee-paid accident insurance and critical illness insurance; Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays; Annual Bonus; We are a group of dedicated, smart, and supportive professionals who work in a casual, team-oriented environment.
