Pay: Approximate annual earning potential of $85,000 to $125,000++

• Weekly base earnings of $1000 with monthly bonuses calculated on number of units sold; additional bonus opportunities available through customer reviews, referrals and product penetration.

Schedule: Full time, Saturdays and evenings required; Four and five-day work weeks available

Who We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 3 years of automotive sales experience

• Familiarity with dealership management systems

• Proficient in converting leads and overcoming objection

• Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and retention

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

What You'll Do:

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle shopping and purchasing process

• Stay informed on current product offerings to conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations

• Develop relationships with current and prospective customers

• Manage follow-up activities and opportunities through the CRM

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

Total Rewards

The estimated annual earnings for this position ranges from $85,000 to $125,000. This is a performance-driven position, eligible for short-term and long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on individual units sold, customer‑experience incentives, and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
