Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual weekly therapy sessions via live video, utilizing evidence-based approaches to effectively address the unique needs of adult clients.

• Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team, communicating effectively with psychiatric providers to ensure a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to each client's goals.

• Utilize systematic assessments, including symptom self-assessments, to monitor treatment progress and make necessary adjustments to enhance client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our user-friendly therapist portal, which is integrated with digital tools for efficient workflow management.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and seek support from the Therapy Leadership Team to continually improve therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily focus on working with individual adults facing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, requiring a counselor who possesses deep empathy, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to connect with clients experiencing various life situations and mental health disorders. You will be supported in creating a safe and trusting therapeutic environment, crucial for fostering effective therapeutic alliances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited program.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• Demonstrated skills in providing evidence-based psychotherapy, particularly CBT, with at least 3 years of experience treating adults with diverse mental health concerns.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
