The Heart Harmony Mental Health Clinic is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC) to join our innovative telehealth team. In this role, you will have the autonomy to create your own schedule and select your clientele, all while providing exceptional mental health services remotely. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each client.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services in a virtual format, utilizing our platform's diverse tools such as video sessions, journaling, and goal-tracking systems.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment methods as necessary to ensure the highest standards of care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with a network of over 10,000 therapists to share insights, best practices, and support initiatives that improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LPCC at Heart Harmony, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing low-acuity mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship dynamics, weight management concerns, and grief. You will have the opportunity to align your specialty with the client population you serve, ensuring a fulfilling work experience while positively impacting the lives of others.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• An active, independent LPCC license in good standing within the state of California.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a functional computer or laptop (tablets are not permitted for client sessions).

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapeutic services.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and a strong comfort level with virtual communication tools.
• A proven track record of working with diverse populations and adapting therapeutic techniques to meet varied client needs.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes:
