The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, enjoys working with children, and is able to foster a safe, respectful, and positive school environment. Hours Monday – Friday: 10:20 - 12:20 Supervisor Principal Duties and Responsibilities Supervise students during recess and lunch periods, ensuring their safety and monitoring behavior in accordance with school rules. Help students resolve conflicts and encourage positive social interactions. Maintain a visible and active presence on the playground and in lunch areas. Follow school procedures and respond appropriately to student needs or incidents. Report any concerns, injuries, or behavioral issues to teachers and/or school administration. Interact courteously and professionally with students, parents, and colleagues. Demonstrate reliability by arriving on time and maintaining consistent attendance. Assist with other duties as assigned by school administration. Qualifications Required: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to communicate effectively with students and staff Ability to enforce school rules in a fair and consistent manner Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Positive attitude and enjoyment working with children Willingness to support the mission and philosophy of a Catholic school Safe Environment Training FBI Fingerprint Clearance Card (required) Preferred: Previous experience working with children in a school or childcare setting Bachelor’s degree Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Working Conditions This position is based in a school environment and includes outdoor supervision during various weather conditions.
