Outside Sales Representative

High-income outside sales opportunity with company-generated appointments, uncapped commission potential, and the ability to create more opportunities through your own follow-up and prospecting.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Model: In-person / field-based - Delaware

Schedule: Full-time with flexibility required for homeowner appointments. You'll work from our office when you're not running appointments and travel locally throughout our Delaware service area.

About the Role

Delaware Homebuyers is hiring an experienced Outside Sales Representative to meet face-to-face with homeowners, understand their situation, negotiate solutions, and convert qualified opportunities into signed agreements.

You'll receive company-generated opportunities, but this isn't a role where you simply wait for appointments.

When you're not in the field, you'll follow up with existing opportunities, make outbound calls, and create additional chances to close business.

This is a strong fit for a salesperson who enjoys high-value conversations, takes ownership of their pipeline, and wants their income tied directly to performance.

Responsibilities

• Run qualified homeowner appointments throughout Delaware.
• Build trust quickly and understand each homeowner's motivation, timeline and goals.
• Present solutions and negotiate purchase agreements.
• Convert qualified appointments into signed contracts.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with homeowners who aren't ready to move forward immediately.
• Make outbound calls and generate additional appointments during non-field time.
• Maintain accurate opportunities, notes and follow-up tasks in Salesforce.
• Take ownership of your sales pipeline and personal production.

Qualifications

• Proven success in outside, in-home, high-ticket or consultative sales.
• Strong face-to-face and phone communication skills.
• Confident negotiator who can ask direct questions and discuss significant financial decisions.
• Strong follow-through and personal accountability.
• Comfortable with performance-based compensation.
• Coachable and able to follow a structured sales process.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local appointments.

Experience in roofing, HVAC, solar, home improvement, automotive, insurance, real estate or other B2C sales can translate well.

Compensation

Compensation is designed to provide support while you ramp and increasingly reward production as you become fully productive.

Our proposed structure includes base compensation plus performance commission during the initial ramp, transitioning toward a highly performance-based compensation structure.

Commission is tied to actual closed production and is uncapped.

OTE

A realistic fully-ramped target based on current company economics is approximately $80,000–$120,000+ annually.

Top Performer Earnings Potential

Strong performers with sufficient opportunity volume may earn approximately $120,000–$150,000+ .

Higher earnings may become possible as individual production and company marketing volume grow. Earnings are performance-based and are not guaranteed.
