HR Intern

Position Reporting: This position is part of Sunday Cool – Human Resources reporting to the HR Manager/Executive Operations Manager Work Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm [40 hours/week], 8-week commitment preferred. Internship begins May 4, 2025 Note: This is a full time, seasonal, hourly position, that will be based out of our main location, located at 510 E Alfred St. Tavares, FL32778. Compensation: The HR Intern hourly rate is $14 per hour, eligible for overtime pay. College credits may be arranged. Work experience at #98 on the Inc 5000's list Duties include but are not limited to: Assist with new hire onboarding tasks, including preparing paperwork, collecting I‑9 documentation, and updating employee files. Support the HR team with data entry, record keeping, and maintaining accurate employee information. Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and culture‑building activities. Assist with posting job openings, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews. Help maintain compliance documentation and ensure forms are completed and stored properly. Provide administrative support for HR projects, audits, and process improvements. Special assignments or tasks assigned by the HR Manager. Sunday Cool wants to pour into you as you further your career. REQUIREMENTS:

Students must be currently enrolled at an accredited 2-or 4-year program or institution and have completed at least one semester OR recent college graduate (within the last 12 months). Students who have not yet graduated from high school but have dual enrollment with a college are not eligible to apply. Those who have taken college courses but are currently taking “time off” from school are also not eligible to apply. Applicants must be at least 17 years of age by the time the internship begins. Possess unrestricted work authorization. Must have reliable transportation.
