Human Resources Manager

PURPOSE: Provides administrative assistance to the entire HR Department in a professional and proactive manner. The position is hands-on and the candidate is expected to assist in supporting employee engagement throughout the workforce with a strong emphasis in our core values. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Provides administrative support to human resources function as needed (e.g. correspondence generation, record keeping, file maintenance, HRIS entry). Administers employee health, welfare and retirement plans company-wide. Benefits programs include: 401(k) Retirement Plan, Medical/Dental/Vision, Short-term Disability, Long-term Disability, Voluntary Life, Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Workers' Compensation, Leave of Absence, Paid Time Off. Acts as liaison between employees and insurance providers to resolve benefit related problems and ensure effective utilization of plans and positive employee relations. Acts as a resource for HR contacts to ensure their understanding and compliance with benefit and HR policies and regulations. Keeps management advised of potential problem areas. Performs other HR generalist duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience. Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office system. Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish), with demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills required. Ability to collaborate with the public, sometimes with multiple employees/candidates at a time. Ability to collaborate with other dealership employees. Maintain a high level of professional personal appearance, conduct, and confidentiality. Must be able to handle demanding customers and situations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
