• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, concerns, and treatment goals, utilizing standardized assessment tools.
• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions that address a spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and stress management.
• Guide couples and families through therapy sessions, focusing on relationship dynamics, communication barriers, and conflict resolution strategies.
• Create and implement customized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique situation, integrating evidence-based practices and measurable objectives.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring timely and effective responses.
• Educate clients and their families about various mental health conditions, effective coping strategies, and external resources that can aid in their healing journey.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory.
