• Develop individualized treatment plans for clients based on comprehensive assessments and evaluations of their emotional and psychological needs.
• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to track clients’ progress and make data-driven decisions regarding their care.
• Facilitate therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups using evidence-based methodologies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care delivery for clients.
• Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to maintain best practices and adhere to ethical standards in therapy.

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship issues. As an LPC at Heritage Behavioral Health Center, you will work closely with adults, children, and families to empower them with the tools needed for healthier coping strategies and improved life satisfaction.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Current, active, and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is required, with a strong emphasis on the ability to manage various client needs effectively.

• Specializations in family therapy, couples counseling, substance abuse, or trauma-informed care are highly desirable, as they align with our clinic's focus areas.
• Experience working in community health settings is a plus, demonstrating adaptability and commitment to serving diverse populations.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and expertise. In addition to a competitive salary, you will have access to unlimited client referrals, allowing you to focus solely on providing exceptional care. Administrative tasks including billing and paperwork will be managed by our support staff, giving you more time to concentrate on your clients' needs.
