This role is fully remote, allowing you a great deal of flexibility in your work schedule while engaging with clients through our secure telehealth platform. • Conduct individual, couples, family, and group counseling sessions via telehealth, utilizing digital tools to effectively engage clients.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect thorough assessments and align with the distinctive goals and needs of clients.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help clients navigate emotional and behavioral challenges.
• Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, ensuring that interventions are effective and relevant.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care to clients and address their holistic needs.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and best practices, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in client records.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities and training opportunities to remain informed about the latest trends in counseling and mental health.

Your primary focus will include a diverse client population, ranging from adolescents to adults facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Utilizing a telehealth format, you will guide clients through difficult situations and empower them to develop coping strategies. This adaptability opens doors for clients who may have previously faced barriers in accessing mental health services.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• A valid state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) must be held currently.
• A minimum of 2 years of practical counseling experience, with the ability to demonstrate expertise in providing therapeutic interventions.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, that reflect an ability to actively listen and empathize with clients.
• Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients through warmth, respect, and professional integrity.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to respond to client needs promptly and effectively.
• A commitment to upholding ethical standards and remaining compliant with industry regulations and best practices.

• Experience with telehealth counseling platforms and methodologies is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with a range of therapeutic approaches and techniques to cater to the unique needs of each client.
• Experience in working with diverse populations, including culturally sensitive practices.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
