Job Profile - Duties/essential functions may include, but not be limited to, the following: Operates campus transit vehicles, providing safe and efficient transportation for students and staff. Responsibilities include ensuring vehicle maintenance, adhering to schedules, and assisting passengers as needed. Requires United States Class D license with demonstrated safe driving record.

Level Summary - Performs basic tasks and assists with administrative or operational duties under supervision. Roles are entry-level and aimed at providing exposure to workplace environments.

Minimum Qualifications - Enrolled for classes at Ohio University, Hocking College, another post-secondary education institution, or a secondary school during the current semester, immediate previous semester, or immediate upcoming semester. Able to follow instructions and complete tasks within deadlines. Basic knowledge of office software and communication tools. Departments may have specific minimum requirements.

Preferred Qualifications - Must have valid United States Class D license with demonstrated safe driving record. Minimum of 1 year of applicable experience. Must be flexible with work hours. Positive & professional attitude with good customer service and communication abilities. Good time management skills. Have a good record of being dependable and punctual at work and school.

Working Condition/Physical Demands: This role will require you to be driving for the duration of the shift.
