Sentara Therapy Center - Pediatric Camelot We are hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for our new Outpatient Center. Responsibilities Perform modalities/therapeutic interventions in accordance with accepted standards of care and department policies and procedures. Provide effective instruction to the patient and family through standardized educational programs and/or individualized training, and initiate, develop, and maintain collaborative interactions with internal and external team members, patients, and family members to improve patient outcomes. Be productive and efficient in daily operations. Select and perform the appropriate assessment procedures. Establish and update formal plan of care to address individual patient needs.
