In this remote role, you will enjoy the flexibility of working from home while also having access to our outpatient office in New Smyrna Beach as needed for client meetings. Our team meets regularly via virtual platforms, ensuring a supportive network where you can share insights and strategies with your colleagues. You will have the resources you need to perform assessments, create tailored treatment plans, and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and needs evaluations for individuals and families using interviews, observations, and psychological testing methods.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized therapeutic programs in collaboration with clients and their families to address their unique issues.
\n
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation in accordance with facility policies and licensing standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
\n
• Engage in weekly clinical team meetings to discuss case progress and share best practices.
\n
• Deliver crisis intervention as necessary and perform outreach counseling to various community settings, including schools and home visits.
\n
• Facilitate specialized support groups or workshops on topics such as grief, anger management, depression, and parenting, ensuring evidence-based practices are followed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse patient population, including individuals navigating relationship issues, families dealing with transitions and challenges, and clients facing mental health and emotional difficulties. Your work will directly affect families and individuals seeking support to enhance their mental, emotional, and relational well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license in Florida and a Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related behavioral health field.

• Proficiency in working with electronic health records (EHR) and understanding documentation requirements.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with colleagues.

• An ability to work independently and contribute positively to a multidisciplinary team environment is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of clinical experience as a licensed therapist, preferably with exposure to medical social work.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Rooted Life LLC offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. This includes medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, CME allowance, paid sick leave, vacation, and designated holidays.
