Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and provide information about policies, coverage, claims, and billing..

- Provide responsive and satisfactory customer support to clients.
- Collaborate with internal brokers and underwriting teams to ensure proper risk evaluation.
