Experienced Paralegal

Position Summary Long time nationwide law firm seeks an experienced paralegal with a background in insurance defense litigation. The paralegal will assist attorneys with trial, hearing and deposition preparation, draft subpoenas and pleadings, electronic filing, summarize medical and billing records, and manage cases from inception to completion. Salary & Benefits Salary range $55,000 to $62,000 per year based on experience. Benefits include medical, prescription, dental, vision, AD&D, life insurance, short‑term disability and a 401(k) plan (eligible). Responsibilities Assist attorneys with trial, hearing and deposition preparation. Draft subpoenas and pleadings. Electronic filing. Summarize medical and billing records. Manage cases from inception to completion. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience. Experience in insurance defense litigation. Knowledge of legal document preparation. Strong organizational and calendar management skills. Certified paralegal preferred. Associate degree.
