Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly polished General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a high-end hospitality organization. This individual will be responsible for owning the P&L, leading and developing the team, maintaining exceptional operational standards, and delivering a consistent five-star guest experience .


The ideal candidate is a confident, hands-on leader who understands that luxury service is built through culture, training, attention to detail, and accountability. This person will also work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to plan and execute events, drive engagement, and create memorable experiences for guests.
Key Responsibilities

• Own the overall P&L and financial performance of the operation, including budgeting, labor costs, revenue, and profitability.
  
  
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while establishing a culture centered around exceptional service and professionalism .
  
  
• Set and maintain elevated operational and hospitality standards to consistently deliver a five-star guest experience .
  
  
• Develop and implement comprehensive staff training focused on service excellence, guest interaction, facility standards, and overall customer experience.
  
  
• Partner with Sales & Marketing to coordinate events, private functions, promotions, and guest experiences that drive revenue and brand awareness.
  
  
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, inventory, facility presentation, and service execution.
  
  
• Monitor customer feedback and operational metrics, identifying opportunities to continuously improve the guest experience.
  
  
• Hold department leaders and staff accountable for performance, service standards, and organizational expectations.
  
  
• Build strong relationships with customers, partners, vendors, and internal leadership.
  
  
• Serve as a visible and engaged leader who sets the tone for the entire organization.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership/General Management experience , preferably within upscale hospitality, restaurants, private clubs, resorts, or other high-touch service environments.
  
  
• Proven experience owning and managing a P&L with a strong understanding of financial performance and operational metrics.
  
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams in a high-expectation environment.
  
  
• Strong background in hospitality, customer experience, and service excellence .
  
  
• Experience planning and executing events in partnership with Sales & Marketing teams.
  
  
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  
  
• Highly polished, professional presence with a guest-first mindset .
  
  
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance exceptional service with profitability.
  
  
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
