Responsibilities Engage the model with investment scenarios, analytical questions, and market‑based reasoning tasks. Verify factual correctness and financial logic, assess validity of investment reasoning. Capture reproducible error traces and provide structured feedback to improve prompts, evaluation frameworks, and analytical depth. Identify where models oversimplify market behavior or misinterpret financial data. Qualifications Background in finance, economics, accounting, business, or a related field (preferred but not required). Experience in asset management, brokerage, research, financial planning, or related roles is valuable; entry‑level candidates with foundational knowledge of investments and strong analytical skills are encouraged. Familiarity with equity and fixed‑income markets, portfolio management, asset allocation, derivatives, valuation methods, financial modeling, risk management, behavioral finance, and macroeconomic influences on markets. Clear, metacognitive communication—explicitly articulating reasoning and decision processes (“showing your work”)—is essential. Compensation & Employment Pay range: $6 to $65 per hour, rate determined after evaluating experience, expertise, and location. As a contractor you’ll supply a secure computer and high‑speed internet; company‑sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply.
