About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Financial Planning and Analysis to lead the development and maintenance of the organization's financial plans, budgets, and models. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Corporation's annual operating budget, rolling 5-year financial plan, and mid-year reforecast, all of which are essential for executive decision-making and long-term fiscal sustainability. This role involves leading a team, driving continuous improvements in financial processes, and partnering with senior leadership to evaluate funding needs and develop financial strategies. The Vice President will also be involved in establishing financial projections, monitoring performance, and providing analysis to support sound financial management. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 7 years' of experience in financial planning and analysis, and a strong background in budgetary planning, financial modeling, and multi-year projections. A minimum of 5 years' of direct team management experience is required. The role demands excellent communication, analytical, and quantitative skills, as well as the ability to work with senior officials and management. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential, and experience with accounting software is a plus. The ideal candidate will be adept at understanding strategic objectives while managing detailed execution and will be committed to the mission of creating a vibrant, inclusive, and globally competitive economy.
