Job Duties

• Supervise office facilities cleaning, window and floor care personnel.
• Communicate with the Manager regarding schedules and personnel issues.
• Schedule, assign and supervise the work for office cleaning personnel.
• Assist in hiring, training, and reviewing work performance of employees.
• Inspect facilities to see that quality of work is maintained and to give direction where needed.
• Communicate daily with General Maintenance Services Manager concerning supply needs, maintenance needs, and personnel issues.
• Contribute labor to various other tasks such as purchasing supplies or equipment from local vendors as needed and bringing equipment to vendors for repair.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2-4 years of related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in commercial and industrial cleaning and supervisory experience
• Good communication, supervisory and basic computer skills.
