BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA) Location: Beaumont, Texas Work Arrangement: Full-Time | Center-Based ABA Therapy Salary: $75,000-85,000 Base Bonuses: $3,000 Relocation Assistance + $2,000 Retention Bonus Caseload: Maximum of 7 Pediatric Clients Position Overview Looking for a BCBA role where quality care and clinician well-being come first? What You'll Do Conduct behavioral assessments and ongoing evaluations Develop and modify individualized ABA treatment plans Oversee clinical programming for a maximum of seven pediatric clients Supervise, train, and support Registered Behavior Technicians Monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans using clinical data Provide parent and caregiver training Collaborate with families and members of the clinical team Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Ensure services meet ethical and professional standards Promote a positive, collaborative, and child-centered environment What You'll Bring Current BCBA certification through the BACB Certification must be verifiable in the BACB database Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Knowledge of ABA principles, data collection, and evidence-based treatment methods Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with children, families, RBTs, and multidisciplinary teams Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and high-quality ABA care Experience conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and supervising RBTs is preferred Newly certified and entry-level BCBAs will be considered Compensation & Benefits $75,000-85,000 base salary $3,000 relocation assistance $2,000 retention bonus after six months WHY JOIN?
